<\/p>\n

1.<\/span> Walk vzw (WalkInGent) undertakes to carry out an online ordered and paid booking. After payment, the customer always receives the confirmation via e-mail.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.<\/span> Payment and cancellation terms:<\/span><\/p>\n

– Payment online or by bank transfer no later than 14 days before the date of performance.
–<\/span> For cancellation up to 14 days before the date of performance: 100% refund.
<\/span>–<\/span> For cancellation between 14 and 7 days before the date of performance : 50% refund.
<\/span>–<\/span> For cancellation from 7 days before the date of the performance or for “no show”: no refund.
<\/span>–<\/span> Rescheduling without additional charge of a paid booking is possible up to 7 days before the performance date, after that an administrative fee of 25 EUR will be charged.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. If WalkInGent cannot perform the scheduled activity due to force majeure, the customer has the choice to either reschedule or cancel the scheduled activity to a new date. In the latter case, the amount already paid, if any, will be fully refunded.<\/p>\n

4.<\/span> In case of non-payment of a booking at the latest 14 days before the date of the performance, this performance will not be performed, unless a different agreement has been made with the client via e-mail. <\/span> <\/p>\n

5. Gift certificates are ordered online and paid by bank transfer. <\/span>A gift certificate can be used multiple times until the available balance has been used up. A gift certificate can be passed around. A gift certificate remains valid for 2 years from its issue date. <\/p>\n

6.<\/span> All invoices are payable to Gent no later than seven days from date of invoice. Late payment shall automatically incur interest from the due date at the statutory rate plus 3%. Also, as of a notice of default, a lump sum compensation in the amount of 10% of the invoice amount, with a minimum of 75,- EURO for administration costs is due.<\/span><\/p>\n

7.<\/span> Only Belgian law is applicable ; in case of dispute, only the Ghent courts are competent or the Justice of the Peace of the First Canton in Ghent.<\/span><\/p>\n

8.<\/span> WalkInGent is not responsible for accidents that happen during the activity.<\/span><\/p>\n
